What is behind your game server – for everyone who wants to know exactly.

Resource pools with Docker

Every game server in your pool runs as its own Docker container. Your package defines how much memory (RAM), computing power (CPU) and storage you have in total – how you split it between your servers is up to you.

Every server on its own

Each container has its own file system, its own ports and its own console – cleanly separated from your other servers and from other customers.

Fixed limits

RAM and CPU are limited per container by the system. A server can never use more than you assigned to it – so a hanging modpack server does not drag your other servers down.

Only running servers count

The RAM and CPU of your package are only used by started containers. Storage and the number of servers, however, are assigned permanently, even when a server is stopped.

Templates for many games

You create new servers from ready-made templates: image, startup command and ports are already set up. If you want more, adjust startup parameters and version yourself – in selected packages even with your own Docker Compose files.

Files and backups

Access all files via SFTP (e.g. with FileZilla) or in the file manager. Create backups with one click; they count towards the storage of your package.

Self-developed panel

We develop our web panel ourselves. This lets us implement our players' wishes quickly instead of waiting for a third-party vendor.

Our locations

We run our servers at two locations – with different standards and prices.

Skylink data center

Eygelshoven (NL)
Gameserver Plus and Ryzen VPS

A professional data center right at the German border, geographically between the internet exchanges in Frankfurt (DE-CIX) and Amsterdam (AMS-IX).

  • Own fibre to Amsterdam and Frankfurt am Main
  • Several network carriers (carrier-neutral) and DDoS protection
  • Power supply via several transformers in a ring and diesel generators
  • 2.2 MW cooling capacity with cold aisle containment
  • Access only via airlock and key card, CCTV around the clock
  • Fast AMD Ryzen™ processors with high per-core performance
More about the data center at KTS24

Own site in Monschau

Monschau (DE)
Gameserver Lite and Value VPS

Our small, own server site in the Eifel region – right next to our team. This is where our affordable packages run on proven server hardware.

  • Proven Intel® Xeon® server hardware
  • Looked after by our own team, short distances for hardware swaps
  • Monitored around the clock
  • Ideal for smaller servers and projects where price matters
To be honest: Monschau is deliberately small and does not offer the facilities of a large data center like Eygelshoven. That is what keeps Gameserver Lite particularly affordable. If your server needs a lot of power or has to run around the clock for a big community, we recommend Gameserver Plus.
